French drains, footer drains, and foundation drainage systems to protect your investment from water damage. Installed during excavation so the drainage is built into the project from the start.
DRIVEWAY DEMOLITION
Full removal of existing driveways, slabs, and concrete surfaces. We handle the breaking, loading, haul-off, and site prep so the new pour has a clean, properly compacted base to sit on.

DO I NEED EXCAVATION FOR MY CONCRETE PROJECT?
In most cases, yes. Proper excavation and base preparation is what determines whether your concrete lasts 5 years or 30. Even for a simple patio, the existing soil needs to be removed to the right depth, the subgrade needs to be compacted, and drainage needs to be addressed. We’ll assess this during your free site visit.
CAN YOUR EQUIPMENT FIT IN MY BACKYARD?
Our compact mini track loader is specifically designed for tight residential access — side yards, fenced backyards, narrow driveways. If there’s a 4-foot opening, we can usually get through. Matthew will confirm access during the site visit and plan the approach accordingly.
WHAT IS PA ONE CALL AND WHY DOES IT MATTER?
PA One Call (811) is Pennsylvania’s utility locate service. Before any digging begins, we’re required by law to have underground utilities — gas, electric, water, sewer, cable — marked on your property. This protects you, your property, and our crew. We handle the entire coordination process so you don’t have to.
DO YOU HANDLE THE EXCAVATION AND THE CONCRETE POUR?
Yes — that’s one of our biggest differentiators. We handle excavation, grading, drainage, concrete, and masonry all in-house. One crew, one timeline, one point of accountability. You don’t need to coordinate between multiple contractors.
HOW MUCH DOES EXCAVATION COST?
It depends on the scope — how much material needs to be removed, the soil conditions, access constraints, and whether drainage work is needed. We provide a clear, written estimate after the site visit so you know exactly what the excavation portion of your project will cost before any work begins.
